  • 03/20/2020 - OUR RESPONSE & BUSINESS ADJUSTMENTS:

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the world in a way that we could not have foreseen. With this unprecedented global situation, of course, come many changes to the operations of our businesses and our everyday lives. We hope that as you read this message, you are safe and healthy, and doing everything you can to help flatten the curve and protect yourselves and the community.

Effective today, our office will be limiting our physical “on premises” hours to accommodate for essential activities only, including receiving/sending mail and express deliveries, coordinating workflow with our staff working from home, etc. The office will not be open for, and has completely ceased, all in-person meetings in an effort to practice social distancing and protect one another. We ask that you direct all meeting requests to your primary contact at the firm either by email or by phone, and we can then decide which method of communication works best (phone conference, FaceTime, Skype, etc.).

When you call our office, you will hear an announcement that will allow you to enter your party’s extension or dial by name in our company directory. Our company directory, which includes all extensions and email addresses for the firm, is located here. Please leave a message for the person you are calling, as our staff has access to both voicemail and email, and will be working from home and responding to you. We are pleased to be among those businesses prepared to continue operations - with flexibility and security - remotely.

We encourage you to correspond with us and provide your documents to us electronically if you are able to do so. If you are a client who has an established a Portal with the firm, please continue to provide your documents by uploading them to the Portal. If you do not have a Portal, please share your files with us by utilizing our Secure File Transfer system (Share Safe). If you are unable to send your documents electronically, please use USPS, FedEx or UPS to send information to our office rather than dropping it off in person.
